Through the analysis of the loan information of agriculture, rural areas and farmers of a Chinese Agricultural Bank of Changsha City, the two-category model and the five-level classification prediction model of Three Rural loan customers based on Support Vector Machine that were established from qualitative and quantitative perspectives. Compared with the Back-Propagation Neural Network model, the Support Vector Machine model has obvious advantages in terms of time and accuracy.
