Teacher Team Construction under the Background of New Vocational Education Law:Basic Requirements and Relief Paths

2022年新修订的《中华人民共和国职业教育法》从法律层面对职业教育教师的专业素质与社会地位给予了保障，为发展中国特色现代职业教育、建设高质量职教教师队伍夯实了法治基础。结合新职教法提出的基本要求，发现目前职教师资队伍建设仍存在培养模式缺乏创新、岗位设置与评聘制度亟待改善以及职教吸引力有待增强等掣肘。提出构建教师教育一体化机制，创新发展模式；科学设置教师岗位，完善教师评聘制度；营造教师发展有利环境，吸引更多高素质人才充实职教师资队伍等建设思路。
