互联网使用推动政府环境治理的整体性变革，并深刻改变公众对环境治理的行为参与和评价期望。从参与感、认知感、回应感、重视感方面构建公众环境治理效能感的理论框架后，基于中国综合社会调查（CGSS2015）的数据，利用有序Probit回归模型检验互联网使用对于公众环境治理效能感的影响。结果表明：互联网使用能够提升公众环境治理内在效能感，特别是对认知感的作用尤为显著，但是对公众环境治理外在效能感产生负面效果。政府与公众关系之间有了新的张力；社会态度、受教育程度、户籍地会显著造成环境治理效能感产生异质性的评价。对此，应发挥互联网对于个体能力的助推作用；缓解环境治理现状与...
