基于标杆管理思想,将某物流配送中心实施卷烟绿色配送的绩效与国内卷烟行业内先进水平比较,得到卷烟绿色配送的相对绩效水平,发现物流配送中心实施卷烟绿色配送中的短板与不足,为配送中心改进和提高卷烟绿色配送水平提供参考和依据。
