颗粒物料精量分装机械正向"无人化"方向发展.设计的油菜籽精量分装机以传动角最大为目标,利用MATLAB软件对曲柄滑块机构进行了优化设计,得出曲柄的长度为46.4 mm,连杆的长度为148.6 mm,并依据该设计参数制造了样机,按转速为l rad/s进行种子分装试验,量筒半径为20mm的情况下,作了10次实验,对每次取得的种子质量进行测量得平均值为99.84 g.
