通过社会实践调查,结合近期发生的典型案例,就《物权法》与《城市房屋拆迁管理条例》的矛盾及其解决方案展开了研究,研究表明我国的拆迁条例仍有很多方面需要完善,现急需与《物权法》相配套的拆迁条例出台,以推进建设"服务型政府"和"和谐社会"的工作。
