抗菌肽是生物体防御系统中产生的一类对抗外源性病原体的肽物质.具有抗细菌、霉菌、病毒、原虫、癌细胞、螺旋体等多种活性,且不易产生耐药性,具有广阔的应用前景.作者从抗菌肽的分类、结构特征、作用机理、应用前景和存在的问题等方面进行阐述.
