紫苏籽是一味药食两用的传统中药材,具有解热镇痛,抑菌消炎等功效。紫苏籽富含α-亚麻酸,而α-亚麻酸有助于维持免疫细胞正常的结构与功能,并能抑制炎症因子的产生;紫苏醛既能抑制促炎因子基因的表达,又可提升动物自身的免疫能力;黄酮及酚酸类等活性物质能减少炎症细胞浸润和水肿形成,诱导病变细胞凋亡,还具有抗氧化等作用。文章主要介绍了紫苏籽中α-亚麻酸、紫苏醛、异紫苏酮、木犀草素和迷迭香酸等主要抗炎活性成分及抗炎作用,综述了紫苏籽在畜牧生产中的研究进展,介绍了紫苏籽在动物肠道菌群、生产性能、免疫功能、肉品质等方面的调节作用。此外,还探讨了不同品种紫苏籽间成分含量差异大、部...
