Antibacterial effect of fresh and dry pulverized material leaves of Lyonia ovalifolia aqueous extracts

采用水浸提法获得南烛叶干粉和新鲜南烛叶水提物,采用牛津杯法与滤纸圆片法测定比较两种水提物的抑菌效果。结果表明,两种水提物均对被测霉菌及酵母无明显抑菌效果,均对被测细菌有显著的抑制作用。牛津杯法定量试验结果更佳,南烛叶干粉水提物对金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌的平均抑菌圈直径分别达28.25 mm、16.42 mm、16.25 mm、13.69 mm,均极显著优于新鲜南烛叶（P

Two aqueous extracts were extracted from fresh and dry pulverized material leaves of Lyonia ovalifolia respectively by water extraction,and the bacterial inhibitory effects of L.ovalifolia aqueous extracts from fresh and dry pulverized material leaves were studied by Oxford cup method and filter paper method.According to the result,two aqueous extracts had no significant inhibitory effects on the tested molds and yeast,but showed significantly inhibitory effects on the tested bacteria.The results of quantitative tests by Oxford cup method were better.The average inhibition zone diameters of dr...
