随着新一代测序技术的不断发展,海量序列数据急需生物信息学专业人才去挖掘。本文笔者结合自身十多年从事生物信息学本科专业的教学、管理的实践,提出在农业院校开展生物信息学本科教育中存在的主要问题以及解决办法,为有关单位开展生物信息学本科教育提供参考。
