2014年湖南农业大学园艺专业入选国家卓越农林人才教育综合改革试点专业,开设了创新班,并分别从人才培养目标、培养方案和人才培养模式方面进行了探索和实践。本文就实施三年的拔尖创新型园艺人才培养情况进行了总结,并对存在的问题进行了分析。
