在渔业专业学位硕士研究生培养环节，实践创新能力的培养在具体实践过程中存在一定的问题，通过对问题进行分析，探讨相关解决措施。通过优化实践创新能力培养体系、课程学习、加强科研创新实践等环节着力培养研究生的创新能力，并提供基地完成实践，达到提高渔业专业学位硕士研究生的实践和创新思维能力的目标。通过建设与实施创新型人才培养模式与方案，以期为其他高校相关专业在提高研究生人才培养质量方面提供参考。
