钙作为一种大量的营养元素,在果树上的应用十分广泛,不仅影响果实品质,而且在延缓果实的衰老方面有较好的效果.概述了果实对钙吸收、运转、分布的规律,钙对果实采后生理的影响,钙通过维持细胞膜和细胞壁的稳定性以及作为细胞内外信息传递的第二信使而延缓果实衰老的生理机制.

Application of calcium as one of the necessary nutrients for fruit trees was common in recent years,which not only affected the fruit quality but also delayed fruit senescence.The uptake,transportation,and distribution of calcium for fruits and influences of calcium on the postharvest physiology of fruits were summarized.Meanwhile,physiological mechanism of delaying fruit maturity through maintaining stability of intra and extra-cellular calcium ion,and transporting signals in and ou...
