Psychological Resilience Serves as a Moderator between Childhood Trauma and Psychotic-like Experiences in Adolescents

目的:探讨儿童期创伤、心理弹性和青少年精神病性体验的关系.方法:采用社区精神病性体验评估问卷 (CAPE)、青少年心理弹性量表(RSCA)和儿童版创伤史问卷(THQ)对湖南省6024名中学生进行调查.结果:儿童期创伤、心理弹性和青少年精神病性体验显著相关:儿童期创伤对青少年阳性症状、阴性症状及抑郁情绪均存在正向预测作用;心理弹性对青少年阳性症状、阴性症状及抑郁情绪均存在负向预测作用;心理弹性和儿童期创伤交互项对精神病性体验不同症状亦存在显著的预测作用,随着心理弹性水平的增加,儿童期创伤对精神病性体验的正向主效应会相应减弱.结论:儿童期创伤是青少年精神病性体验的风险因素,心理弹性是...

Objective: To investigate relationships between childhood trauma, psychological resilience and psychoticlike experiences(PLEs) among adolescents. Methods: 6024 adolescents in Hunan recruited in the study were assessed by using the Community Assessment of Psychic Experiences(CAPE), Resilience Scale for Chinese Adolescents(RSCA) and the Trauma History Questionnaire(THQ-child version).
