目的:考察TPH-2基因rs17110747多态性与负性生活事件的交互作用对大学生抑郁的影响.方法:采用青少年生活事件量表、流调中心抑郁量表对313名大学生进行测量,并由专业的护士对其提取血液,然后进行DNA分型.结果:rs17110747多态性与生活事件对大学生抑郁的主效应均显著,且二者存在显著的交互作用,简单斜率分析发现,携带G/G基因型组大学生的抑郁水平随生活事件得分的增加而增加(slope=0.206,P

Objective: To investigate the effect of interaction between TPH-2 gene rs17110747 polymorphism and negative life events on depression in college students. Methods: 315 college students were measured by the adolescent life event scale and the flow center depression scale, and the blood was extracted by the professional nurses and then the DNA classification was carried out.
