DNAzymes with enzymatic activity identified from random DNA pools by in vitro selection have recently attracted considerable attention. In this work, a DNAzyme-based autonomous-motion (AM) molecular machine is demonstrated for sensitive simultaneous imaging of different intracellular microRNAs (miRNAs).
