职业院校普遍存在毕业生就业难的问题,其原因在于职业院校的专业设置不合理、教师队伍素质有待提高、学生实践能力差、缺乏创新意识与合作精神,毕业生数量增长过快也是一个重要因素.构建"就业导向型"人才培养模式,就要科学地进行专业设置及课程设置,加强师资队伍建设,加强就业指导队伍建设,强化实践教学环节,提高学生心理素质.
