Land transfer behavior of tobacco farmers in tobacco- growing areas and its influence factors ——Based on the survey of 194 farmers in 10 tobacco-growing areas of Hunan Province

基于湖南省烟叶产区194户烟农的调研数据,选取微观烟农个体、家庭状况、土地特征、中观市场状况、宏观政策体系5个方面对影响烟区烟农土地流转行为的12个因素进行回归分析,分为转入土地和转出土地两种行为模型。结果表明,不同因素对土地流转的作用方向、影响程度与显著性表现存在差异,并针对模型分析结果为加快烟区土地流转速度和广度、加快土地适度规模经营,提出了加强烟农流转意识、鼓励劳动力外出务工,建立合理流转价格、健全土地流转机构,健全农村社会保障体系、加大农业保险开展力度,完善烟田基础设施建设、改善烟区生产条件等建议。

Based on the survey data of 194 farmers in tobacco-growing areas of Hunan Province, this paper selected 12 factors from five aspects of micro farmers individual, family status, characteristics of land, middle market situation, macroeconomic policy system influencing land circulation behavior of tobacco farmers to do regression analysis, to get two models, including land transfer model and land transfer out model.
