豆粕是畜禽饲粮优质蛋白质源,然而近年来豆粕供求矛盾突出,严重制约了饲料工业的可持续发展。本文对国内外豆粕减量相关研究进行综述,以期为生产实际中畜禽饲粮豆粕减量营养调控技术的应用提供参考依据。

Soybean meal is a high?quality feedstuff of livestock and poultry. In recent years, the contradiction between supply and demand of soybean meal becomes prominent, which is not good for the sustainable devel?opment of feed industry.
