This experiment was conducted to compare the differences of nutritional components and serum bio-chemical indices in fatty liver between Xupu geese and Landes geese. Sixty 85-day-old Xupu geese ( body weight 5 200 g) and Landes geese ( body weight 4 640 g) in the same batch and the same breeding conditions were selected and divided into 2 groups according to the variety, each group contained 20 replicates with 3 geese per replicate.
