Effects of Dietary Nucleotides on Growth Performance,Body Composition and Serum Biochemical Parameters of Grass Carp (Ctenopharyngodon idella)

本试验旨在研究饲料中添加核苷酸对草鱼生长性能、体成分及血清生化指标的影响.选取初始体重为(10.79±0.25) g的健康草鱼720尾,随机分为6个组,每组4个重复,每个重复30尾鱼.各组分别饲喂在基础饲料中添加 0 (对照) 、 0.015%、 0.030%、 0.060%、 0.120%和0.180%核苷酸的饲料.试验期60 d.结果表明:1)饲料中添加核苷酸对草鱼的增重率、特定生长率、饲料系数以及体成分均无显著影响( P＞0.05) . 2)与对照组相比,饲料中添加核苷酸显著降低了草鱼血清丙二醛( MDA )含量( P＜0.05 ) ,显著增加了草鱼血清总超氧化物歧化酶( T?SOD) 、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、溶菌酶( LSZ)活性及补体3( C3)含量( P＜0.05) .由...
