灭活益生菌是指通过物理或化学方法杀死的、不再具生命力的益生菌。灭活益生菌具有增强免疫和预防肿瘤、抑炎和缓解过敏、黏附和黏附拮抗等作用,且在生产应用和部分生理功能上较活菌更有优势。作为饲料添加剂,灭活益生菌在动物生产中具有良好的应用前景,有改善动物生长性能、提升产品品质、提高动物免疫力等作用。本文阐述了灭活益生菌的主要生理功能及其作用机制,并综述了国内外学者在动物生产中应用灭活益生菌的研究成果,以期为灭活益生菌在动物生产中更好地应用提供理论依据和指导。
