迷迭香及迷迭香提取物具有抗氧化、抑菌、抗肿瘤、抗炎、降血脂和保护肝脏等多种生物学功能,因此,长期以来受到国内外人士的关注。本文综述了迷迭香提取物的吸收代谢、生物学功能及其在动物生产中的应用,旨在为进一步促进迷迭香提取物在动物生产中的应用提供理论依据。

Rosemary and rosemary extract have many biological functions such as anti-oxidation, bacteriostatic, anti-tumor, anti-inflammatory, hypolipidemic and liver protection.
