凝结芽孢杆菌是一种产乳酸的芽孢杆菌,除了具有肠道内乳酸菌和双歧杆菌的双重功效之外,还具有芽孢杆菌属的高抗逆性。诸多研究表明,其作为饲料添加剂,凝结芽孢杆菌具有调节动物肠道功能紊乱、维持肠道微生态平衡、提高机体免疫能力和生产性能等多方面的功效。因此,本文主要综述了凝结芽孢杆菌的生物学功能、作用机理以及国内外关于凝结芽孢杆菌在畜禽生产中的应用效果,以期为凝结芽孢杆菌在畜禽健康养殖和安全生产中的应用提供有效参考。

Bacillus coagulans is a kind of Bacillus producing lactic acid. Besides the double efficacy of Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium in the intestinal tract, it also has the high stress resistance of Bacillus. Many studies have shown that as a feed additive, it can regulate the intestinal dysfunction of animals, maintain the balance of intestinal flora, improve the immune function and production performance of the body.
