构树叶含有多种营养物质和天然活性成分,具有抗氧化、抑菌抗炎以及调节糖脂代谢等生物学功能,其作为一种产量可观而价格低廉的非常规饲料资源,在动物生产中有广阔的应用前景。本文综述了构树叶的化学组成、生理功能及其在动物生产中的应用,并提出今后需要进一步研究的问题。

Broussonetia papyrifera leaf contains a variety of nutrients and natural active substances, it has biological functions such as anti-oxidant, anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory, and metabolism regulation of glucose and lipid.
