Effects of Dietary Essential Oil/Palygorskite Composite on Performance and Intestinal Microflora of Laying Hens

本试验旨在研究饲粮添加凹凸棒石负载植物精油复合物(EO-PGS)对蛋鸡生产性能和肠道微生物的影响。选取480只65周龄健康的罗曼粉壳蛋鸡,随机分成4组,每组6个重复,每个重复20只。对照组蛋鸡饲喂基础饲粮,试验组蛋鸡分别饲喂在基础饲粮中添加0.50、0.75和1.00 g/kg EO-PGS的试验饲粮。预试期7 d,正试期56 d。结果表明:1)与对照组相比,0.75和1.00 g/kg EO-PGS组的产蛋率显著提高(P
