摘要:
厚朴酚是一种从中药厚朴的茎皮中分离出的植物多酚类物质,具有抗氧化、抗炎以及提高机体免疫力等多种功能,是厚朴发挥药理作用的主要成分。近年来,厚朴酚因具有改善家禽生产性能、产品品质、肠道健康等生理功能以及天然、无公害、无毒副作用等特点,逐渐成为了一种新型的饲料添加剂。本文就厚朴酚的理化特性、生理功能、作用机制及其在家禽生产中的应用进行综述,以期为厚朴酚作为绿色饲料添加剂在家禽生产上应用提供理论参考。

Magnolol, a kind of plant polyphenols isolated from the stem bark of Magnolia officinalis, is the main pharmacological effects component of Magnolia officinalis. It has many biological functions, such as anti⁃ oxidation, anti⁃inflammation, and immunity enhancement, and is the main pharmacological effect component of Magnolia officinalis.
