利用SPSS 17. 0软件对47个湖南柚类品种资源的37个花器官和果实形态学性状进行了品种Q型聚类及其性状的R型聚类,同时对37个形态学性状进行了主成分分析。结果表明:37个性状对47个柚类品种资源聚类,可将柚类品种分成6个组群;37个形态性状聚类也可分为6个组;经主成分分析,37个花果性状可综合为12个主成分,其累积贡献率达81.58%,根据前12个主成分与性状的相关性,选出了32个影响力较大的性状,这些性状综合了柚类特有的花器官因子和果实因子。
