The effect of extrusion technology on soluble dietary fiber from blueberry pomace was studied in the paper.Box-Behnken of Design-Expert 8.0 software was used to design the 4 factor and 3 level response surface method on the basis of single factor experiment.The results showed that the optimal process parameters of extrusion for obtaining higher soluble dietary fiber yield was moisture content of material 30%,feeding speed 21 Hz,screw speed156 r/min and temperature of barrel 112℃.Compared with the blueberry pomace before extrusion,the content o...
