文章从新型城镇化发展的内涵和要求出发,构建我国新型城镇化指标体系,运用层次分析法和功效系数法,得出2005—2014年各地区新型城镇化水平,并将空间因素引入分析,对新型城镇化进程进行空间动态分析。研究发现：2005—2014年各地区新型城镇化水平基本呈上升趋势,但水平还不够高、发展不平衡、地区差异较大,新型城镇化进程具有显著的正向的空间自相关,大部分地区之间呈现出正向局域相关和集聚。

In this paper,we constitute a set of index system of the new urbanization from new urbanization connotation and requirements, we also use the Analytic Hierarchy Process and efficiency coefficient to measure out scores of regional urbanization from 2005 to 2014. Then we introduce the spatial factors to analyze the new urbanization process.
