Effects of Different Cultivation Patterns on Rice Quality and Economic Efficiency

为实现中国水稻种植'一季有余,两季不足'及一季主产区的粮食增产渠道。通过田间对比试验,研究再生稻、早稻和晚稻的稻米品质及经济效益。结果表明:与早稻和晚稻相比,再生稻实现农药零输入,减少肥料和灌溉水使用量,降低生产成本,减轻劳动强度,保持经济效益稳定;提高糙米率、精米率和整精米率,降低稻米粒形、垩白率和垩白面积,增加稻米胶稠度、直链淀粉含量、糊化温度、总淀粉含量和蛋白质含量,从而在一定程度上改善稻米品质。再生稻符合水稻轻简栽培和农业资源较少投入的要求,实现'种植一季,收获两季',拓宽粮食生产渠道,对中国粮食安全与稳定具有重要意义。

To achieve the food production channels on the rice cultivation of the main ' more than one season,two seasons insufficient' and season rice producing areas in China. In this context,a contrast experiment was done to study rice quality and economic efficiency in the ratooning rice,early season rice and late rice. Compared with the early season rice and late rice,ratooning rice realized pesticide zero input,decreased fertilizer and irrigation water application amount,lowered production cost,reduced labor intensity,maintained economic stability.
