The object of this study was to evaluate the effects of ammonia (0, 10 and 20 mg/L) on the gill Na/K-ATPase and serum biochemical indices of black carp.The black carp were sampled randomly at 0, 6, 12, 24, 48 and 96 h.The results indicated that the gill Na/K-ATPase in the middle and high ammonia group were decreased the minimum at 12 h, 6 h, respectively, then reached the maximum at 48 h, and decreased to as control level after 96 h.Cortisol and GLU in serum were increased the maximum at 12 h, then recovered after 48 h.SOD has the maximum a...
