How to Organically Connect China’s Small Farmers with Modern Agriculture—Based on the Enlightenment of Japan and South Korea

实现小农户与现代农业有机衔接是乡村振兴的客观要求，也是农业现代化转型的重要内容。基于现实困境，本文构建政府、农业社会化服务组织、涉农机构衔接小农户与现代农业逻辑框架，重点分析日本、韩国小农户与现代农业有机衔接的发展历程及经验。日本、韩国从政策保障、社会化服务、小农户自身发展等方面全方位推进，在小农户经营的基础上实现了农业现代化。借鉴日本、韩国的经验做法，中国可以从健全农业政策保障制度、完善农业社会化服务体系、加大农业科技投入力度、提升农村三产融合层次等方面持续推进。
