署名权是表明作者身份的权利,原则上应由作者本人来行使。但现实情况是署名权常常未能得到合理的行使。根据署名权的行使原则和作品署名的各种复杂情况,对集体作品、学位论文、建筑作品等七种类型的作品署名权行使方式进行分析与探讨,为解决作品署名问题提供参考。
