Foxtail millet (Setaria italica L.) is an important reserve cereal crop, and its nutritional and medicinal properties have seen its demand increase in recent years. Therefore, it is important to establish an evaluation system for the comprehensive assessment of its quality. We assessed 90 accessions of foxtail millet from China for 23 quality traits.
