大数据已成为最近IT信息界的研究热点,大数据时代也给图书馆带来新的机遇和挑战.读者信息环境更趋复杂,具有信息量大且冗余、信息价值更趋时效性、信息载体多样化、大学科和交叉学科显现等特点.同时,读者信息行为也发生了变革,转变为注重人人交互、数字阅读、信息获取过程动态化、信息获取方式更趋推送及信息偶遇等特点.图书馆决策层应做出相应建设方案和举措,以便调整服务方式、途径等应对大数据环境下读者信息行为的变革.
