Acute Toxicity Analysis on the Muxture of Agricultural Mineral Oil with Chlorpyrifos and Avermectin

[目的]对农用矿物油混配毒死蜱和阿维菌素进行毒性分析,为中毒防治提供依据.[方法]产品样品来源于广东省昆虫研究所,根据中国人民共和国国家标准CB 15670-1995(农药登记毒理学试验方法>进行试验,试验使用sPF级sD大鼠,用于经口、经皮毒性试验,每组10只,雌雄各半;新西兰白免.用于眼刺激和皮肤刺激试验.每试验4只;FMMU白化豚鼠,用于致敏试验,每组13～20只.[结果]矿物油农药属低毒产品.矿物油与毒死蜱和阿维菌素混配后,不会增加混配剂的毒性.[结论]矿物油可作为农药混配剂用于农药开发,矿物油毒性低,在生产与使用过程中发生中毒,可考虑对混配剂进行解毒.

[ Objective ] The research aimed to analyze the toxicity of the mixture of agricultural mineral oil with chlorpyrifos and avermectin and provide the basis for the prevention and control of poisoning. [Method] The products samples came from Guangdong Entomological Institute.
