Studied on Characters of Internal Structure of Rhizoma of Zingiber officinaoie Rose and Its Growth and Development Law

[目的] 研究生姜根茎的内部结构特征与生长发育规律.[方法]在生姜生长发育期,采用组织切片和光学显微镜对姜根茎内部结构进行观察. [结果]结果表明,姜幼嫩根茎具有初生增厚分生组织,成熟根茎横切面上层次结构明显,具有类皮层和类中柱的结构,有限维管束分布于薄壁组织中,具维管组织环和周皮,油细胞、分泌细胞和分泌腔发达,成熟薄壁细胞具有大量淀粉粒.姜根茎的增粗生长与初生增厚分生组织的活动有关.[结论]该研究结果为生姜的优质高产提供依据.

[ Objective] The purpose of this research was to study the internal structure of rhizoma of Zingiber officinaoie Rose and its growth and development law. [Method] During the growth and development period of Zingiber officinaoie Rose,the characters of the internal structure of rhizoma and its growth and development law were observed with optical microscope.
