在建设资源节约型、环境友好型的背景下,提出“两型”农业是符合“两型社会”发展要求的农业.以湖南省为例,分析了湖南省“两型”农业现代化建设的制约因素,在此基础上探讨了湖南省“两型”农业现代化发展目标模式与实现路径.强调利用湖南省“两型四化”的发展契机,通过管理创新、科技创新、制度创新和市场创新,综合技术应用,发展精细化、集约化、高产化、生态化农业.
