在动物疫情突发时,养殖户积极的防疫行为对于及时有效控制疫情扩散具有重要作用。通过大量阅读相关文献,综合已有研究成果挑选出影响养殖户疫病防控行为的因素,然后运用ISM模型解析出各影响因素间的关联关系和层次结构。研究结果表明：行为态度、病死畜处理便利度和动物疫病认知是表层直接因素,信息渠道和组织状况是中层间接因素,文化程度、养殖规模、重大疫情经历和补贴政策满意度是深层根源因素。

In the outbreak of the animal epidemic, the positive epidemic preventing behavior of the farmers is important for the timely and effective controlling act of the epidemic. Through reading a lot of related literature and integrating previous research results, the article screened several factors that affecting farmers＇disease preventing and controlling act, then analyzed the relationship and hierarchical structure between influencing factors by using the ISM model.
