发展农民专业合作社是促进“三农”发展的重要途径之一,而长期以来融资问题成为了农民专业合作社发展的瓶颈。该研究基于农民专业合作社融资现状,对农民专业合作社融资困难的内外部原因进行了剖析,并提出加强农民专业合作社自身建设,加快农业基础设施建设,转变政府扶持方式,健全农业保险制度,完善土地使用权抵押制度等促进农民专业合作社改良性发展的对策建议。

The development of farmer specialized cooperatives is one of the key ways to give the three rural-agriculture, rural areas and farmers a boost. But for a long time, the financing problem has been a bottleneck of the three rural＇s development.
