在人口老龄化背景下，发展农村医养结合服务因应了健康中国战略的要求。我国农村地区正在积极探索开展医养结合服务，但在发展过程中，依然存在供给主体责任模糊、供需矛盾突出、具体政策有待完善等深层次问题。为此，需围绕界定政府责任、确立服务层次，评估服务需求、加大资源供给，推进政策完善、优化监管内容等方面开展工作，科学有序迎接农村人口老龄化挑战。
