社员对合作社的认同度低和管理者对合作社实行＂内部人控制＂是影响农民专业合作社效率的两个方面。合作社应该根据同类竞争企业的位置而对自己的最优位置进行相机抉择,并尽可能使社员的地理位置相对集中,这样才有利于提升社员的认同感。另一方面,只有通过减少社员监督成本和增加管理者目标偏离成本才能弱化管理者对合作社的＂内部人控制＂。
