目的应用电镜技术简便、快速、准确地检测动物病毒。方法负染法和超薄切片法进行检测。结果通过两种方法均可见到大量的鼠痘病毒颗粒。结论应用电镜技术是一种检测动物病毒可靠有效的方法。

Objective To evaluate the usefulness of electron microscopy in detection of virus in animal samples. Methods Negative staining and uhrathin sections were used for electron microscopic examination.
