完善的职业教育政策支持系统是保障高技能人才健康成长发展的先决条件。通过对具有湖湘文化与工匠精神双重特质的"芙蓉工匠"进行成长轨迹分析发现,当前湖南高技能人才成长普遍存在培养政策缺失、任用程序混乱、考核制度过时、晋升政策失效等问题,已经严重阻碍高技能人才自我价值实现。据此,以国家现有高技能人才发展政策为基础,结合高技能人才成长发展规律与湖南地域特色,提出"芙蓉工匠"成长发展政策支持系统应从培养、任用、考核及晋升四个层面入手。其中,芙蓉工匠培养政策包括界定培养目标、确定培养内容与优化培养方式。任用政策包括制定任用标准、规范任用程序及调整任用模式。考核政策包括...
