中国现代职业教育理论是关于现代职业教育本质及其规律性的认识,是经过逻辑论证与实践检验并由一系列概念、判断和推理表达出来的现代职业教育认知体系。中国现代职业教育理论体系由概念体系、逻辑体系和范畴体系构成。中国现代职业教育的概念体系是指新中国成立以后使用的一套职业教育概念集合,共有3个模块、15个领域和96个主要概念;中国现代职业教育理论的逻辑体系有3个维度,即实践发展逻辑、理论发展逻辑和职业发展逻辑;中国现代职业教育理论的范畴体系是指抽象和概括的现代职业教育领域中各种现象之间最本质、最稳定和最具普遍关系的基本范畴群落,包括纵向范畴、横向范畴和外向范畴。
