试验选取来自柳州市汪洞乡古茶树群84株春季样,利用紫外分光光度计法（UV）及高效液相色谱法（HPLC）对其进行生化成分检测分析。结果表明,柳州汪洞乡古茶树资源具有丰富的多样性,并从中筛选出一批优秀的特异资源。

In the experiment, 84 spring tea samples from Wangdong Village of Liuzhou were selected and analyzed by ultraviolet spectrophotometry （UV） and high performance liquid chromatography （HPLC）.
