近年来，农民专业合作社蓬勃发展，日渐成为农业与农村社会发展的重要载体。然而随着农民专业合作社的成长壮大，各种内外部风险纷至沓来，使对风险的管理变得日益突出。从农民专业合作社风险管理理论和主要风险管理实务两个维度梳理相关主要理论和实证研究文献，结果表明，现有研究需在理论框架、数据收集、研究方法和视角等三个方面来突破。

In recent years, agricultural cooperatives are playing an increasingly important role in the countryside economy and the countryside social development. However, agricultural cooperatives are hindered by all kinds of risks with their flourishing. Therefore, risk management of agricultural cooperatives becomes the important issue.
