！！大学生的学习行为决定大学生学习的效果，决定大学生培养的质量，决定大学生的前途与命运。当前，公务员招录考试是影响大学生学习行为的重要因素，公***的社会氛围、考试的条件设定、考试的内容、考试的程序安排等都会影响大学生学习行为并可能导致学习行为出现偏差，因此，有必要从国家、高校和社会各个方面加强对大学生的引导，抵制“公考热”的不良影响，培养良好的学习行为习惯，提高大学生的学习质量，帮助其合理就业，从而促进社会和谐与进步。

The learning behavior of college students determines not only the students' learning effects, future and fate, but also the quality of their colleges. The enroll exam of civil servants, which has became an important factor now, including its social atmosphere, test conditions, exam content and program arrangement, has a great impact on college students' learning behavior and may even result in deviation in their learning behavior.
