近年来,以绩效为核心的高校管理模式逐步兴起,引起学界与高校的广泛关注。为厘清高校绩效管理研究现状与知识脉络,以中国知网（CNKI）数据库中2006—2017收录的749篇关于高校绩效管理的文献为研究对象,综合运用Cite space、SATI等文献可视化方法,通过对关键词以及突变特征词进行可视化分析发现:目前我国高校绩效管理研究主要围绕绩效管理基础理论、教师绩效管理、绩效管理方法与指标、高校二级组织绩效管理以及高校预算绩效管理等五个研究领域展开,但主要以定性研究为主,且研究方法较为单一;在研究趋势上主要集中于高校绩效管理中的"专项资金""预算管理""绩效预算"等三个新兴维度。未来,我国高校...
